To celebrate the start in style, all 14 apprentices and dual-track students—across all years of training—went on a boat tour from Uhlstädt to Orlamünde. Four trainers accompanied the tour to ensure that the new colleagues were integrated into the team right from the start.
It didn't stay dry along the way: A spontaneous water fight broke out between the two boats, and no one came out of it with dry feet.
Once they arrived in Orlamünde, everyone first enjoyed some fresh burgers before the day wrapped up with two team games.
We’re delighted that our new apprentices and dual-track students were able to experience firsthand, right at the start of their training, just how close-knit the team at Jass is, and we wish everyone a successful start!
