On April 6, 2023, the IHK Student College took place at Jass in Rudolstadt/Schwarza. Participants were able to try out various professions within the company during exciting one-day internships. We were particularly impressed that so many participants attended despite it being a school holiday.
The students were able to take a look behind the scenes of paper production and gain insights into the diverse training opportunities (including dual studies) at Jass. They tried their hand at production and maintenance, building an electric tea light, making paper, and producing a puzzle cube. They were accompanied by our trainees/dual students.
We really enjoyed accompanying them and hope that this brought them a little closer to their dream job.
Perhaps one of the participants will find their professional home with us in the future.
