To allow us to investigate reports of any violations fairly, appropriately and efficiently, we have set up an electronic reporting channel. This whistleblower system gives employees of the Jass Group as well as outsiders the opportunity to report possible violations of the law, misconduct and breaches of the company’s internal regulations and guidelines. This is all done confidentially and securely. The whistleblower can decide for themselves whether they wish to give their name or remain anonymous.
The whistleblower may only provide tip-offs where the whistleblower believes in good faith that the facts they are reporting are accurate.
