The beginning of September also marked the start of training in Fulda, where six new trainees joined Jass.
As at the sister plant, the first day at the Fulda plant was dominated by many new impressions: getting to know the company, the trainers, and the older trainees.
The following week, there was also a special onboarding event in Fulda with all the trainees and trainers: the team built cardboard boats together to take for a spin on a lake.
All the boats floated – a successful start to the training program!
