Training began in Schwarza at the end of August 2023: six new trainees and one dual student started at Jass.
The first day at the plant was marked by many new impressions: getting to know the training company, the trainers, and the older trainees. This was preceded by the “Summer School,” which was held for the first time. At the Saalfeld Training Center, some trainees had already taken advantage of the opportunity to prepare themselves well for the start of training.
To get to know each other better, all trainees and their trainers went on a joint rubber dinghy tour on the Saale river on August 25, 2023: they sailed from Uhlstädt to Orlamünde, laughed, held a boat race, and grilled burgers.
