Last month, ten employees were honored for their long-standing service at the Bachmühle hotel and restaurant in Fulda. Five of them celebrated their 25th anniversary with the company in 2023, and five celebrated their 40th anniversary.
Dr. Marietta Jass-Teichmann, managing partner of the Jass Group, paid tribute to the jubilarians in a heartfelt speech. She emphasized their role as pillars of the company and praised their consistent commitment and personal attachment to the Jass family. Dr. Jass-Teichmann emphasized that the values of “Jass is family-oriented, cooperative, sustainable, and pioneering” are evident both inside and outside the company.
Following the celebration, the anniversary celebrants and their partners received gifts and certificates of honor from the Hessian paper industry as a token of appreciation and recognition.
The following employees were honored for 25 years of service: Dirk Becker, Christoph Kohl, Stefan Kress, Rainer Lehmann, and Günther Lenz. Andreas Heil, Gabriele Jackob, Robert Koch, Stephan Koplack, and Martin Rausch were also honored for their outstanding 40 years with the company.
The ceremony underscores the importance of commitment and continuity in working life and highlights the values of long-term, trusting cooperation.
