Mutual exchange for active environmental protection:
The “Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi” support centre from Rudolstadt has been an outstanding advocate of active environmental protection by supporting international and regional projects for a number of years.
A workshop involving students from the support centre was recently held at the Jass Schwarza site. During an extensive tour, the children learned how paper is made and how the company is adopting a responsible approach to the environment by recycling in different areas.
Impressed by the company’s commitment to sustainability and as a token of thanks for the project partnership, the Pestalozzi College presented the Jass paper factory with a specially designed plaque made from local porcelain by the company Kämmer.
